At Beall's Roofing we do everything in our power to help our project managers be successful.  We keep up with the industries latest technology by using software such as "Xactimate 27" estimating system to help maximize our claims; along with "eagle view technologies" to take care of our measuring for us.  We try to help our salespeople as much as we possibly can with office work, scheduling jobs, and in some cases even managing their jobs, so that they may use their valueable time generating NEW business. In an industry of commission pay, we understand the importance of our project manager's time, and we try to do everything for them so that they can SELL SELL SELL!!! We pay great commissions and we do not hold back 10% for office costs like most other companies do.  We have monthly and weekly contests for prizes such as ipads, company vehicles, and much more!!! Not only are we able to give our customers more personal service, but we are also able to build jobs a lot faster than most companies who are sometimes weeks or even months behind schedule (which means that you get paid faster).

                                  

                Current Positions Available                   

Canvasser:

Qualifications:
A canvasser at Beall’s Roofing must be self-motivated, driven by goals, have reliable transportation and have a professional demeanor. Experience is a big plus but not required for this position. 

Duties: The duties of a canvasser are simply... To go out and knock on doors and get the potential customer to let us give them a free, no obligation roof inspection.  This is not a sales position. Once the customer allows us to give them a free roof inspection, the job of a canvasser is done and the customer will be passed on to one of our nearby project managers to come look at their roof. 

Promotional Opportunities: Once a canvasser has proven him/herself, they will be promoted to a project manager.  There is no set time frame as to how soon you will be promoted.  It will be based strictly on how many roof inspections you get.  See “Pay” below to see the promotional structure.

Pay: Commission Only. $40 per inspection to start. Payment will increase by $5 every ten inspections you get capping at $60.  Once you have gotten us 50 inspections, you will have the choice to become a project manager or stay on the canvassing team.

 

Project Manager: 

Qualifications: A Project Manager at Beall’s Roofing must be honest, self-motivated, driven by goals, able to communicate well with others, and have a professional demeanor. A college degree is a plus but not required. Experience is a big plus but not required as well.

Duties: The duties of a "Project Manager" include generating new business, closing potential leads given to them, managing a canvassing team designed to help them sell, make and show up to adjuster meetings, help customers file insurance claims, inspect roofs for hail or wind damage, and collect money from the customer. 

Promotional Opportunities: Once a salesperson has proven him/herself, they will have the option to become a foreman if he or she desires.  Their is no set time frame as to how soon you will be promoted.  It will be based strictly on how many deals you get closed.  See “Pay” below to see the promotional structure.

Pay:  Commission only. A Project Manager that joins our company with no past roofing sales experience will start at 30% of the total profit from each job.  Payment will increase 5% for every 8 deals you close, capping at 50%.  Once you have gotten 50 deals done, you will have the option to become a foreman or to stay on the sales team.  (Also, if you have experience in the roofing industry starting pay will be negotiable.)

Incentives: Once a Project Manager closes 15 deals he or she will be issued a company ipad.  Once 50 deals are closed, a company truck will also be issued.
